Dr. Nichole Harden Kidd, Ed.D., Ed.S., is a Professional Counselor and the founder of N & H Counseling LLC. She earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision from Northcentral University, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree, a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Argosy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services.

With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Dr. Harden Kidd has provided services in private practice, crisis intervention, community-based behavioral health, and inpatient psychiatric settings. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, chronic mental health conditions, grief, and life transitions.

Dr. Harden Kidd believes that successful counseling begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. She partners with each client to develop individualized treatment goals and creates a personalized plan that reflects their strengths, needs, and desired outcomes. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping clients build the skills and confidence needed to achieve lasting emotional wellness.

She incorporates evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Her commitment to professional excellence, continuing education, and ethical practice allows her to provide high-quality, person-centered mental health care.
